This month is Clyde Slide for the challenge.  This is one of my last attempts and I like it.  I am calling it Clyde Sliding Among Cedars.

Made with Babassu, Castor, Coconut, Palm, Olive Canola, Apricot Kernel Oils and a little Kokum Butter.

All essential oils for the scent featuring Cedarwood Atlas, a little Fir Needle and some Sage to round it out.

Used all micas from Mad Oils.  Hope you like it!

  1. Wow!! So many amazing colors!! I love all the different swirl patterns too! Is that a serpentine swirl on top? I feel like it looks familiar. Really gorgeous!

    1. Thank you Amy! I tried to do the serpentine swirl on top. This was fun. I seem to have a problem spelling slide, hehe. I wanted to call this Clyde Sliding Among Cedars on the title, but no. Sorry there was not more information, this was fun to make, I made several versions, trying out different essential oil mixes. Definitely had a blast with this technique. I will probably continue and maybe adapt a little more. I did some with pouring the colors in faux funnel in different spots, and pouring some in with the bowl in a tilt, some with thicker batter and some with thinner. Always beautiful soaps, always something different in each log and each slice. Amazing!
